Mission

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be in charge of all customer requests for which you're responsible. From order entry to sales analysis, delivery follow-up, complaint recording, corrective action follow-up and customer relations. In collaboration with the planning, production, quality and business development departments, you are the voice of the customer within the company.


In this position, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Enter orders into the system and carry out any necessary follow-up
  • Process development/quotation requests
  • Forward complaints to the quality department and follow up with the customer to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze customer sales (volume and $) and act proactively accordingly
  • Contribute actively to the business relationship established and/or to be developed
  • Represent and support the customer in continuous improvement projects.

With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:

  • Be bilingual (French-English) as we have English-speaking customers
  • Customer focus and ability to develop a bond of trust with them
  • Computer skills (manufacturing system, “in-house” software, SAP, SalesForces) (an asset)
