Maintaining and improving practices and actively participating in the improvement of our production equipment—a stimulating challenge that matches your expertise!


In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead production process improvement projects, from the design phase to implementation.
  • Collaborate on the design of workstations and production lines.
  • Analyze production flows and propose solutions to improve productivity.
  • Participate in the selection and integration of new equipment and/or technologies.
  • Analyze, propose, and implement work methods to reduce non-value-added activities, sources of waste, and accident risks
  • Train and support teams in the adoption of new practices or tools
  • Lead Kaizen workshops and annual strategic planning
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Solidworks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within the required deadlines
