Mission

At Soucy, we believe in the leverage effect of a great internship experience on a career start. That's why, every year, we open our doors to dozens of interns in all fields to venture into the world of work with us and explore their potential. Our team is made up of curious, creative minds who are always pushing the boundaries, and we need an intern who can bring a new dimension to our already amazing world.

  • Real projects that match your strengths and interests (We want your internship to live up to YOUR expectations!)
  • Social activities (Yes, we like to have fun too!)

What's a fun internship like?

If you're looking for an internship, you're motivated and you'd like to understand how a manufacturing plant works. We're looking for an indispensable player in the production, maintenance and improvement of our products.

An internship with our team would be perfect for you!Your main mandate will be to actively participate in continuous improvement projects in the plant, by being responsible for time studies and recommendations for workstation layout. You'll need to collaborate daily with the production and manufacturing engineering departments (methods, tooling and quality).

To achieve this, expect to work hand-in-hand with different teams every day, whether it's production, quality assurance or plant engineering.

In this internship, you'll have the opportunity to :

  • Carry out time studies in various areas of the plant and for different processes
  • Analyze results, make recommendations and, of course, actively participate in implementing improvements.
  • Participate in follow-up meetings for the various projects in which you will be involved
  • Write and/or revise work instructions to guide operators in achieving efficient and productive work

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering
  • Ease of contact with people and a genuine concern (no pun intended) to meet their needs
  • Knowledge of the principles of added value and the main wastes in production
  • Master the concept of material flow

Ready to join us? We're waiting for you for an internship from May 4 to August 14, 2026. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, and you'll benefit from flexible working hours!

We sincerely want to learn more about you!
