• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Experience in product development, mechanical design, or manufacturing innovation
• A strong interest in innovation, continuous learning, and the integration of new processes

• You are bilingual (English/French), as our clients are primarily English-speaking
• You are available to travel occasionally
• Technical rigor, autonomy, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
