Working closely with production, quality, and sales, you will help deliver high-performance, reliable, and manufacturable products, while driving continuous improvement in our practices.

  • Design and improve existing products to enhance their performance, durability, and quality
  • Plan and manage PDC (product development cycle) activities: design, testing, validation, and reviews
  • Ensure the efficient transition of developed products into production (documentation, testing, and startup monitoring)
  • Provide technical support to production to resolve issues and stabilize processes
  • Collaborate on cost estimates, manufacturing quotes, and bids (materials, time, operations, tooling), providing a clear and structured technical perspective
  • Document the development process and prepare presentations/documents to support decision-making and alignment with customers (technical documents, requirements, testing, lessons learned)
