Mission

In this key role, you’ll be directly involved in the day-to-day coordination of receiving and shipping activities, both domestically and internationally. Your goal: to ensure the smooth running of logistics operations, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with shipping and receiving standards, all while providing excellent service to internal and external clients.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Plan, organize, and optimize transportation (clients, subcontractors, warehouses)
- Prepare and validate shipping documents (invoices, delivery notes, customs documents, etc.)
- Ensure deadlines are met and manage priorities with agility
- Coordinate the receipt of components
- Work closely with internal teams (production, purchasing, customer service)
- Manage returns
- Identify and propose concrete improvements to optimize logistics processes
