Mission

As an Industrialization Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to continually learn more about our various manufacturing and assembly methods, all while striving to meet our clients’ highest quality standards. Your main role? To maintain and improve the production launch processes for new products—a stimulating challenge that matches your expertise!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Identify and assess technical risks associated with products under development, and propose concrete solutions that can be implemented in production
- Manage unforeseen issues and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Define and structure bills of materials (BOMs) and manufacturing methods
- Implement standards and best practices in product lifecycle management
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (work instructions, methods, etc.)
- Actively participate in industrialization phases: prototypes, testing, pre-production
- Determine cycle times, equipment, and optimal manufacturing methods
- Collaborate closely with production (on-site presence required) to ensure smooth product transfer
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and products
- Develop cost estimates and specifications for new products, equipment, and tooling

Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and product structure
- Experience managing bills of materials (BOM) and product lifecycles
- Ability to organize information in an environment that may be incomplete or constantly changing
- Comfortable working both within systems (ERP, data) and on the production floor
- Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and a solution-oriented approach
