As an operator, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of off-highway products, while having the opportunity to grow within a flexible structure and with approachable managers. In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
- Set up, operate, and monitor the machines used for mixing
- Check and monitor processing conditions and product quality
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with recipes
- Train or assist in training new employees
- Adhere to the production schedule and meet operational requirements
- Perform certain calculations at the end of production to account for inputs
- Handle 30-kg loads of rubber several times a day
- Permanent full-time position
- Shift: day (Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
- Salary: $24.07/hr on entry
