As part of our track system development team, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the success of new product development projects. 


Specifically, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership of the technical results, budgets, and timelines for the projects assigned to you
  • Oversee the design of new track assemblies
  • Define, in collaboration with the client, the project’s objectives, scope, and load cases
  • Lead a team of engineers and designers
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (purchasing, validation, manufacturing engineering, etc.) to ensure the project’s overall success

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you’ll thrive in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • 3 to 5 years of engineering experience, ideally with a focus on management or coordination
  • Solid experience in mechanical product and system design
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
