Mission

In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with the product development department to guide the design process based on manufacturing capabilities and OHS best practices
  • Plan, manage, and approve all activities related to the launch of new thermoforming products
  • Plan, monitor, and control launch activities using performance metrics to ensure efficient and comprehensive implementation
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders involved in the industrialization phases
  • Actively participate in optimizing and improving manufacturing processes
  • Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, enhancing safety, and improving the quality of the existing product line

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you’ll thrive in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent technical training/experience
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management and proficiency with related tools
  • Interest in the manufacturing industry and the ability to learn new processes
