If you’re looking for an internship that will help you understand how a manufacturing plant operates, learn the basics of project management, and actively participate in projects related to equipment connectivity, automation, or machine safety, an internship with our team will be perfect for you!!
Your main responsibility will be to evaluate and carry out projects aimed at optimizing and improving our various industrial equipment.
In this internship, you will have the opportunity to :
- Participate in the management of equipment projects, particularly the Roll-in Table, from planning through installation and commissioning
- Contribute to the shot blasting machine project by evaluating different scenarios, defining technical requirements, and validating mounting systems
- Assess the safety of critical equipment, identify risky situations, and help develop solutions to ensure machine safety
- Perform mechanical design work, including the design or modification of guards and protective devices
- Participate in the preparation of specifications for securing, modifying, or replacing equipment
- Contribute to the layout and optimization of production spaces, including the relocation of pallet racks between our two plants and updating the plant layout
- Support the maintenance team in analyzing equipment issues and improving preventive maintenance activities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders—engineering, production, maintenance, and suppliers—to carry out projects and propose concrete solutions for improvement
Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful:
Ready to join us? We're waiting for you for an internship from January 5 through April 16, 2027. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or automated production
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering concepts
- Practical knowledge of CAD systems, word processing software, and spreadsheets
- Interest in occupational health and safety (knowledge of machine safety) (a plus)
