What does a fun internship look like?

At Soucy, bringing your ideas to life is more than just a slogan—it’s what you’ll be doing every day! Want an internship where you develop real solutions used in production? Come work on concrete projects in a manufacturing environment with an experienced team.

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to:

• Respond to users’ IT requests to provide support for a variety of infrastructure and software
• Install, configure, support, and manage the inventory of IT equipment (computers, printers, phones/phone systems), network equipment, and software for users
• Analyze the needs of users and the company’s various departments;
• Design, program, and test an IT solution that meets the identified needs
• Participate in the development of applications, internal tools, or automation scripts
• Collaborate on data integration between different IT systems
• Conduct testing, validate results, and correct any detected issues
• Document completed developments and prepare the necessary user guides
• Present project progress to the IT manager and relevant users
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the company’s technological processes
• Contribute to the analysis and implementation of new digital solutions
• Provide occasional support to users for certain developed systems or tools
• Adhere to best practices in programming, cybersecurity, and data management
• Perform any other related tasks associated with the internship

If you have the following skills and qualities, you’ll be a great fit:

• College or university student majoring in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.)
• Interest in systems analysis and problem-solving
• Initiative and independence
• Ability to work as part of a team with various stakeholders
• Good organizational skills and attention to quality
• Interest in manufacturing environments and enterprise technologies

Ready to join us? We’re looking forward to having you for an internship running from January 5 to April 16, 2027. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, and you’ll enjoy flexible hours!
