At the heart of diverse and stimulating projects, as a Chemist, you’ll contribute to the development and optimization of plastic solutions, while playing a key role with customers and internal teams.
Working alongside sales, production, quality, and procurement, you’ll leverage your curiosity, creativity, and technical knowledge to solve problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and advance our products.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead client projects, from formulation to the optimization of plastic blends
- Develop and optimize formulations tailored to client needs
- Serve as a technical expert in polymers and support sales teams in product development and problem-solving
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation with clients
- Research new raw materials and technical solutions in collaboration with suppliers and the purchasing department
- Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams
- Support production and quality teams in troubleshooting, addressing nonconformities, and monitoring test results
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects
Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or polymer science
- 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the plastics industry (formulation, processing, extrusion, injection, etc.)
- Autonomy, rigor, and ability to manage projects comprehensively
- Analytical mind and ability to make decisions quickly
- Attention to detail and sense of innovation
- Scientific curiosity, ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies or materials
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively
- Bilingualism (French and English) in order to communicate with our partners; Spanish is an asset
