Human Resources Technician

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Participate in recruitment and staffing activities (posting job openings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and hiring)
• Welcome and support new employees during their onboarding
• Update employee records and handle various HR administrative tasks
• Participate in activities related to training, employee benefits, and the employee experience
• Support the administrative follow-up of certain cases (CNESST, disabilities, personnel changes, etc.)
• Design and format various documents, communications, and presentations
• Collaborate on various improvement projects and HR initiatives
• Provide general administrative support as needed by the department

• College diploma or certificate in administration, human resources, or a related field (DEC, AEC)
• Strong organizational skills
