So this is the perfect opportunity for you to combine personnel management and methods by structuring, improving and optimizing unprecedented processes.  

Here's an overview of your tasks: 

  • Plan, manage and approve all activities to ensure efficient production start-up of new thermoforming products
  • Coordinate, support and mobilize your team while ensuring the development of employees under your responsibility
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to boost productivity, enhance reliability and improve the quality of the existing product range
  • Reinvent and adapt our manufacturing processes and production equipment to meet the new needs of the product development team.
  • Implement work procedures that meet set performance standards, and monitor results using performance indicators.

Profile

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or equivalent technical training/experience.
  • You have a minimum of 5 to 8 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, including 1 to 3 years in team management.
  • You have a good knowledge of project management and associated tools
  • If you have knowledge of plastics processing, that's an asset. If not, you'll learn it here!
