Engineering Manager

WHAT TO EXPECT

As Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in the company's growth plan! You'll have to ensure that the company maintains its position as a leader in the design of parts and accessories for powersports vehicles. 

You'll have the opportunity to supervise a diverse team of some 30 motivated employees, collaborate with passionate teams and generate a variety of innovative products for the world's leading powersports vehicle manufacturers! Between a trip to one of our customers and the challenges of everyday life, one thing's for sure: you won't get bored! 

In a nutshell, here's what you'll be doing with your time:

• Support and collaborate with the department's project managers and technical experts to deliver quality products on time and on budget;
• Provide inspirational leadership to ensure good working relationships within the team and with other departments;
• Promote and continue to instill a culture of innovation within the team;
• Continue to improve our product development process by implementing industry best practices;
• Keep abreast of market trends and world-class practices; 
• Actively participate in the development of the subsidiary's strategic plan

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and are a member of the OIQ;
• You have experience in product development, ideally with OEM customers
• You have extensive experience in personnel management
• You are fluent in French and English, so you can interact and communicate with our mainly English-speaking customers
• If you're passionate about cars or motorsports, even better!
