Mission

As part of our vital team, you'll be responsible for identifying strategic suppliers and managing relationships, guaranteeing the quality and continuity of our supplies. This position will allow you to help shape Soucy's future by leading innovative initiatives and playing a crucial role in our company's growth and success.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
- Plan purchases, produce POs according to technical specifications and related logistics
- Support the various teams by providing information regarding any schedule changes
- Manage inventory levels using ERP (Syteline and Interal)
- Take charge of managing your projects by completing documents such as project mandates, action plan follow-ups and ensuring that deadlines are met.

Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:
- BAA in GOP or related specialization
- 3 to 5 years' experience
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written, in order to be able to communicate with our English-speaking suppliers)
- Mastery of MS Office, more specifically Excel
- Good organizational, analytical and priority management skills
- ERP experience (Syteline & SAP knowledge)
