In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with business analysts and other programmers to analyze and develop web and/or desktop IT solutions based on project needs
- Run queries on the company’s databases (SQL Server)
- Develop and support internal applications
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports
- Provide Level II and III technical application support to users
- Support the implementation of the organization’s digital strategy and act as a driver of change
- Stay up to date with technological trends in information systems (IS)
- Apply best development practices in cybersecurity
- Integrate third-party administrative/manufacturing software into the application ecosystem
- Document issues/solutions, systems, and installations under your responsibility
- Perform any other related tasks as needed

Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you’ll succeed in this role:
- College or bachelor’s degree in computer science (programming option)
- Proficiency in application development using Microsoft Visual Studio
- Strong knowledge of the following programming languages: T-SQL, C#, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Knowledge of the following programming languages would be an asset: JavaScript, VB.NET
- Proficiency with infrastructures such as .NET Core, Angular 2+, Entity Framework
- Comfortable working with the Microsoft suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Ability and interest in implementing processes and documenting them
- Good team spirit and adaptability to change
- Demonstrated initiative in promoting best practices and staying up to date with technology trends
- Ability to manage stress and prioritize effectively
- Intermediate English skills (spoken and written)
These assets will strengthen your impact:
- Knowledge of the following programming languages: JavaScript, VB.NET
- Familiarity with PrimeNG, Bootstrap 5, AngularJS, WPF, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of ERP-type integrated management software
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
