Ready to make a difference? You will play a central role in the day-to-day management of warehouse and logistics operations across two separate sites. You will ensure smooth flows, reliable inventories, the performance of unionized teams, and continuous process improvement. Thanks to your rigor and expertise, your direct contribution will guarantee customer satisfaction and have a concrete impact on our supply chain!


In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Supervise receiving, warehousing, shipping, and transportation operations
  • Ensure inventory accuracy (cyclical, periodic, and fiscal)
  • Supervise and mobilize a unionized team in accordance with the collective agreement
  • Coordinate transportation, import/export, and customs activities
  • Monitor performance indicators (costs, deadlines, quality)
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide efficient service
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements (processes, OHS, costs, quality)
  • Optimize space utilization and inventory turnover

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

  • DEC in logistics, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in warehouse and/or logistics supervision
  • Good knowledge of transportation, inventory, and import/export
  • Motivational leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and KPIs
  • Strong awareness of occupational health and safety
  • Functional level of spoken and written English to interact with our external partners
