As part of the HR communications and marketing team, you will contribute to how Soucy communicates with its employees, candidates, and community. Through strategy, content, and projects, your role will be at the heart of what attracts, motivates, and drives our practices forward.


This role is for an experienced individual who is comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and partners and playing an advisory role by providing strategic insight and concrete recommendations. If you enjoy creating, structuring, and improving, this position could be your next mission!


In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the employer branding strategy by advising and supporting internal teams in implementing initiatives aimed at raising awareness, attracting, recruiting, engaging, and retaining talent.
  • Lead content planning and ideation by proposing angles, topics, and messages consistent with the employer brand, corporate brand, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate social media content with an external agency, ensuring the quality of deliverables, compliance with the strategy, editorial calendar, and brand standards
  • Conduct interviews with team members or partners to highlight inspiring stories that embody the employee experience
  • Write and supervise recruitment content (job postings, recruitment campaigns, promotional messages) and orchestrate its distribution on the appropriate platforms
  • Act as an HR communications and marketing advisor to internal teams by facilitating the prioritization, alignment, and execution of cross-functional projects
  • Support sales teams by acting as a marketing advisor and coordinating initiatives aligned with business priorities
  • Analyze the performance of actions implemented, monitor trends in communications, marketing, and employer branding, and contribute to the evolution of practices, tools, and processes
  • Help draft internal communications in line with our brand's tone and values for our internal platforms (emails, intranet, etc.).

Profile

With the Following Skills and Qualities, You’ll Succeed in This Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a communications, marketing, or HR marketing role, including coordination and advisory duties
  • Ability to structure, prioritize, and lead multiple projects simultaneously in a changing environment
  • Good judgment, autonomy, and ease in a multi-team environment
  • Ease in collaborating with internal and external partners, including agencies

  • Strong interest in and understanding of employer branding issues (awareness, attraction, engagement, retention)
  • Experience with intranet and CMS environments (SharePoint, Craft CMS, or equivalents)
  • Comfortable with performance analysis and communication or marketing indicators
