Mission

Ready to make a difference? In this role, your key responsibility will be to coordinate all aspects of transportation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. You will analyze our current practices to identify improvements and optimize our processes. In addition to managing customs documents and permits, you will provide support to the receiving and inventory teams. Thanks to your rigor and expertise, your direct contribution will ensure customer satisfaction and have a tangible impact on our supply chain!

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare customer orders and ship merchandise, ensuring that they match the contents of the delivery slips
  • Work closely with customer service to keep shipping dates up to date according to the desired schedule
  • Coordinate requests for packaging components such as tracks and defense assemblies, as well as spare parts
  • Ensure that shipments comply with the carrier's requirements, either by providing the correct order number or by directing truckers to enter and exit the yard in accordance with OHS rules
  • Manage receiving and shipping documents (invoices, purchase orders, delivery slips, etc.) and redistribute them to the appropriate parties
  • Coordinate and prioritize valve movements in the yard and loading docks.Prepare transportation requests from internal customers
  • Prepare merchandise return documents and ship returns (RMA/RNC).Update daily tracking tables and perform any other related tasks.

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

  • DEC in logistics or other relevant experience.2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Functional English required (written and spoken)
  • Good learning ability and comfortable with computers (ERP, Office suite).Autonomy, initiative, and resourcefulness
  • Good interpersonal skills (information exchange, follow-up, welcoming carriers)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
