In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Process invoices: recording, coding, managing receipt, and payments
- Actively participate in month-end journal entries and the preparation of financial statements
- Conduct monthly analysis of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and outstanding checks
- Verify and reconcile account statements
- Issue and send invoices and account statements to clients
- Prepare bank deposits and record them in the system
- Follow up on and collect accounts receivable
- Manage payments received, including credit card payments
- Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department

Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role:
- Relevant education: DEC in Administrative Techniques or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Tech-savvy: strong understanding of IT systems related to accounting applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools
- Independence and sense of responsibility: you take ownership of your tasks and know how to prioritize effectively
- Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize information and solve problems
- Comfort in a changing environment: you adapt quickly and remain effective
- Rigor and attention to detail, essential for ensuring the reliability of financial information
