Mission

The art of customer service: your area of expertise! As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role within our team. With your organizational skills and communication abilities, you’ll be essential to understanding and anticipating the needs of our B2B clients. This role will allow you not only to contribute to our clients’ satisfaction but also to support sales growth and increase Soucy’s brand awareness. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Actively contribute to establishing and developing strong, lasting relationships with clients
  • Ensure smooth, proactive, and transparent communication with internal and external clients
  • Collect and analyze sales data, prepare sales forecasts, and identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on client feedback
  • Create reports and performance metrics
  • Support clients in their continuous improvement initiatives by proposing solutions tailored to their needs
  • Knowledge of industrial engineering

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you’ll thrive in this role:

  • Fluency in three languages (French, English, and Spanish) is essential for communicating with clients
  • Proactive, positive attitude, and a “solutions-oriented” mindset
  • Ability to manage priorities and handle stress effectively
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, in-house software, CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP))
