Ready to make things move? In this role, your key responsibility will be to coordinate all aspects of transportation. Thanks to your rigor and expertise, your direct contribution will ensure customer satisfaction and have a tangible impact on our supply chain!


In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Monitor the order backlog and follow up with stakeholders in the production process based on various deliverables
  • Manage and communicate priorities to employees under your responsibility
  • Plan transportation and manage customs documentation
  • Create transportation documents and complete transactions in the manufacturing system
  • Perform inventory counts for items ready for shipment
  • Plan and manage warehouse space
  • Propose methods and solutions to various operational challenges
  • Receive packages and raw materials in the system

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you’ll succeed in this role:


  • Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Logistics and Transportation or any other relevant training or experience
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Demonstrates a high level of rigor and attention to detail in task execution
  • Ability to identify and suggest process improvement opportunities and propose solutions
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of a Manufacturing Management System (ERP)
