In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Ensure that manufactured or received parts comply with requirements (blueprints, drawings, procedures) 
  • Conduct or coordinate quality inspections throughout the entire process 
  • Support production teams in troubleshooting and continuous improvement 
  • Manage non-conformities: analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up 
  • Participate in the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for parts under development 
  • Contribute to the improvement of our processes related to supplier, customer, and internal quality assurance

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role: 


  • You hold an associate’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or metallurgical engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • You have a solid understanding of quality control and are comfortable reading blueprints, working with geometric tolerances, and using measuring instruments
  • You are comfortable using computer tools, including Microsoft Office and an ERP system
