In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Take charge of recruitment for various positions (production and others) in our units
- Conduct telephone and Teams interviews
- Assess candidates' skills according to job requirements
- Coordinate the selection process, reference checks, and follow-up on applications
- Participate in talent acquisition and attraction strategies via technology and social media
- Collaborate on the development and updating of job descriptions

Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- AEC, DEC, or certificate in administration or human resources
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Organizational skills and priority management
- Curiosity about trends and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
