As an operator, you will play a key role in the manufacture of off-road products, while having the opportunity to grow within a flexible structure and alongside accessible managers. In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Comply with plant regulations, health and safety rules, and the various work procedures in place
- Operate all compression molding areas
- Operate the extrusion molding area
- Perform finishing work on all products from the molding areas listed above
- Understand, master, and apply the quality standards applicable to products from all sectors you may be assigned to operate
- Shift: All shifts available—weekdays or weekends/day, evening, or night (schedules to be arranged)
- Salary: Starting at $23.29/hour
- Shift premium: Evening $1/hr / Night $2/hr / Weekends $7.76/hr depending on schedule

Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- Possess a high school diploma and/or relevant work experience
- Ability to read, write, and interpret information related to manufacturing processes
- Possess physical and manual dexterity, as well as the ability to work as part of a team
