Mission

The art of customer service: your area of expertise! As the primary point of contact for our customers and representatives, you’ll play a key role on our team. Thanks to your organizational skills and communication abilities, you’ll help ensure customer satisfaction and support the growth of our sales and Kimpex’s brand awareness! 

In this position, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Support the external sales team by ensuring the entry and follow-up of customer orders
  • Program and publish placement campaigns on the retail web sales platform
  • Follow up on deliveries with the various carriers and inform customers accordingly
  • Process invoice correction requests- Provide attentive customer service to B2C website customers, answering questions, resolving order issues and ensuring a positive experience
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:


  • Bilingualism essential for both oral and written communication (French-English) with customers
  • Basic computer skills in Excel
  • Proactivity, dynamism and positive attitude
