Mission

In this role, you will actively contribute to optimizing production processes and designing workspaces. Thanks to your initiative, independence, attention to detail, and strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, you will play a key role in implementing effective and innovative solutions to maximize value-added work.


Your daily challenges:

  • Implement safe work methods based on industry best practices
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects (PVA, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, new product launches, etc.)
  • Analyzing and optimizing workstations to improve productivity and reduce waste
  • Participating in risk assessments of equipment and workstations
  • Collaborating closely with production, logistics, manufacturing engineering, and other teams

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you’ll thrive in this role:

  • You have a technical diploma or an AEC in industrial engineering, or equivalent training
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • You have a solid grasp of Lean Manufacturing concepts and know how to apply them effectively
