The Art of Procurement: You’ve Got This! We’re looking for an organized person like you to join our team. As part of our core team, you’ll be responsible for sourcing the components needed for our customer deliveries. You’ll work closely with production and our various suppliers. This temporary position will give you the chance to learn about the supply chain at Soucy—and who knows, maybe it’ll inspire you to continue the adventure with us!

In this position, you will have the opportunity to :

• Analyze and source raw materials and subcontracted items from our suppliers and other Soucy units
• Prioritize procurement based on customer requirements
• Collaborate with production and engineering to source components
• Implement procurement strategies to provide optimal visibility to our suppliers in order to secure production for the next 0–24 months
• Optimize inventory levels based on the production plan and sales forecasts

With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or production planning

• Must be available for a temporary contract of indefinite duration (approximately 10–12 months)
• Knowledge of planning and procurement in a manufacturing environment
• Be proactive and demonstrate a customer-focused approach
• Be organized, self-reliant, and analytical
