In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Manage the IT department that provides support to users of office software and information systems
- Manage equipment procurement and contracts with suppliers
- Collaborate on the delivery of IT projects such as software implementation, ERP, and MES
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures in collaboration with the Soucy Group IT Committee
- Participate in the inter-affiliate IT Committee and represent Soucy Baron Inc.

Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role:
- A college degree in computer science or a field related to information technology management
- Desired experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in information technology, including 2 years in a management role
- Expertise in the areas of IT management, business solutions, and project management
- Experience implementing management tools such as ERP/MES
- Proven track record in change management and business process improvement
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Windows Server, Office 365, and cloud solutions
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English
